   | It was fantastic to meet and chat with so many enthusiastic readers at Cessnock Library today, where I did the feature author talk for Library Lovers Day. It was a good sized crowd and the questions kept going well past the allotted time. No doubt we could have gone on! I do really enjoy meeting people at author talks - such a great opportunity to discuss crime writing and Harry's World, and there's always a healthy quantity of questions about my police and ICAC experiences which have so influenced and motivated my fiction writing. My many thanks to Sue Davy and her colleagues at Cessnock Library for inviting and hosting me today. I've already been invited back to do another talk as soon as the sequel, Harry's Quest, is out in the world (hopefully around July this year - I'll do my best to meet that target date!).
